Your PPKS will fit however the holster may be too large, as this holster is designed with double stack pistols in mind.

I'm currently deployed to Afghanistan and made an online purchase of a Canik TP9sfx for when I get home, would this work with no modifications?

Due to the extended barrel and slide length on the TP( sfx. this holster is not compatible. I would recommend contacting Comp-Tac, they offer a very nice holster in their Internatinoal line.

No, this product is for "Large Frame Compact Auto with 3 - 3.5 in. Barrels". Your Taurus Judge is a revolver.

Holster for the Taurus Judge are sold by cylinder length in addition to barrel length.
