Does this scope have exposed turrets? No caps? Looking for a scope with what I call target turrets. Thanks.

The Burris Fullfield IV 6-24x50 mm Rifle Scopes have exposed turrets. The other models of the Burris Fullfield IV Rifle Scopes that are not the 6-24x50 models have capped turrets.

I do not see a scope with the fine duplex option although the pictures show one. Is there actually a fine duplex available?

Do this scope have locking turrets y

While the turrets are not locking, adjustments are extremely tactile and audible.
