The Burris 30mm XTR Sig Rings do not have a logo on them.
No the Signature series can't use the picatinny tops from the P.E.P.R.
If mounting to flat top rifle like an AR platform rifle, optimal mounting height is between 1.4" - 1.6". For these rings you would want a 1.5" height.
It will completely depend on the diameter of the rifle scope tube and what rifle scope it is, but the scope will most likely need at least 1.25 inch height rings. Please email us at techsales@opticsplanet.com and we can assist you further.
The 1" height rings should fit, but it will most likely be very close.
I would recommend using High height scope rings (1.25" Centerline Height) in order to clear the objective lens and remain as close to the gun as possible. I'd recommend the Warne Mountain Tech 34mm, Matte Scope Mount Rings, found by using the link below:

Typically with a 50mm objective lens I would recommend using high rings. You can also use this how to guide to precisely measure the height needed for your specific setup.

You would need the 1.5" tall rings: BR-RR-SU300-420223 you could probably get away with the 1.25" rings, but it will be close.
I would recommend the 1.5 height.
