I understand these rings will fit my CZ 455. Will these rings allow clearance for a Burris 4X16X44 Signature scope S/N 202119 ?

As long as it is a 1 inch tube model scope, the Medium height should give you enough clearance.

Will these mounts work for a Browning SL-22?

The Burris Airgun / Rimfire Signature 1 inch Rifle Scope Mount Rings are not compatible with the Browning SA-22 since it does not use a grooved receiver. You can, however, purchase the Browning SA-22 Base (linked below) and install it to your rifle. At that point you would be able to utilize these scope rings.

Yes, as long as your gun has the standard 3/8ths or 11 mm dovetail.

Yes. The Burris Airgun / Rimfire Signature 1 inch Rifle Scope Mount Rings for .22 grooved receivers fit 3/8 dovetail rails/receivers. You can get them in a medium height (0.80"), or high height (0.95").
