The Burris Scope Tube FastFire Red Dot Mount is a 1" diameter scope ring. So it will work with 1" diameter scope tubes.

No. This Burris Scope Tube FastFire Red Dot Mount is only compatible with optics that utilize the Docter/Noblex optic footprint. We do carry the Leupold Mark 4 DeltaPoint Pro Ring Top Mount for 1" scopes that can be found by using the link below:

There are no exact measurements provided by the manufacturer, but based off of my experience it will raise the red dot approximately .25-.5" off the scope tube and you will want approximately .75" of scope tube to mount this too.
