What ring height should I get with Tikka t3x 6.5 creedmoor

You would likely need medium to high height rings depending on if your rifle has a rail on it.

This scope had an elevation range of 30 MILs and a windage adjustment range of 20 MILs.

According to Precision Rifle Blog, this scope is made in Japan and warranty service is performed in the US.

Will this non-illuminated reticle work with a night vision clip on system or do I need an illuminated reticle?

It will work with no illumination and if you plan on using an illuminated optic please verify that the illumination settings are low enough to use with a night vision device.

What is the difference between the HDMR II and the DMR II? The write up references the HDMR II, but the front bell indicates "DMR" only.

The only difference is the reticle. MPN: ET36215H (HDMR II) has a H59 reticle. MPN: ET36215G (DMR II) has a G3 reticle.
