Yes, the Bushnell Banner Boresighter Kit is compatible with .17 through .45 calibers.

I need a boresighter to fit 54 caliber hawken muzzleloader. Will this work ?

The Bushnell Banner Boresighter Kit will not work with your muzzleloader. However, there is an additional kit that can be purchased that will allow .50cal to 12ga to be bore sighted with this kit. 50 Caliber to 12 Gauge Expandable Arbor (Model # 740012)
