The CAA Glock MCK - Micro Conversion Kit will not accommodate suppressor height sights unless you use the gen 2 conversion kit. If the Iron sights are standard/OEM height you will not have an issue with this (gen 1) kit. None of the CAA kits are compatible with a compensator equipped to your barrel. You must remove it in order for any of the kits to function. You can find the gen 2 kit using the following link:
