This CAA Super Advanced Upgrade Kit w/ Red Dot Sight is only the upgrade kit, not the chassis. It includes:
MCK MRD Crimson Trace Red Dot Sight
MCK Glass Breaker
Polymer-pair side rail thumb rests (MCKTHR)
Push button sling swivel (MCKPBSS)
One point sling (MCKOPS)
Flashlight that fits MCK & Micro Roni 17 / 19 chassis (MCKFL)
Polymer front flip-up sight (MCKFBUS)
Polymer front rear-up sight (MCKRBUS)

CAA does not make a chassis that is compatible with your Sig.

MCK stands for Micro Conversion Kit. This particular kit is designed to be an add on to those who already have an MCK and wish to add additional accessories to their kit.

No, this is only the accessories kit. The MCK is separate.

Why is there color options if it’s not the actual MCK just the accessories?

The color option is the reticle illumination. The optic is available with either a red or green illuminated reticle.
