Do you just slide it over you buffer tube and tighten it down ?

Yes. The Mission First Tactical One Point Sling Mount is designed so that no tube disassembly is necessary for installation; simply remove the collapsible buttstock, slide the mount onto tube, position properly and secure.

Will this fit Kel Tec Sub 2000 Gen 2?

This is unlikely to fit a Sub200 securely because the Sub2000 uses a proprietary buffer tube that is smaller in diameter than the standard AR buffer tube for which this was designed.

Have a Del Ton AR Pistol Lima MLOK , will it fit?

This is unlikely to fit the Del-Tron Lima securely because the Lima uses a Pistol Foam Buffer Tube while this sling mount attaches to a standard carbine buffer tube.
