No. The Glock 48 MOS is a slim frame Glock and will not be compatible with the Holosun 507C which uses the Trijicon RMR footprint. This adapter plate changes your optic cut from the RMSc footprint to the Holosun K footprint, which allows you to fit the Holosun 407K/507K, and EPS Carry.
The Calculated Kinetics Glock 43x/48 MOS Adapter Plate will only be compatible with MOS models of the Glock 43, 43X, 48 etc. and allow for a Holosun 407K/507K to be installed. If you do not have an MOS model, you can use the Evolution Gun Works Leupold DeltaPoint Pro Sight Mount found by using the link below. However, this adapter plate would overhang on each side of your slide as it is wider than the width of your slide. You would also have to modify the plate by removing the rear recoil lugs and shortening the front two.
