From what information I could find the Choate Tool Mak-90 Dragunov Stock Milled Receiver will not fit the Norinco Hunter.

The Choate Tool Mak-90 Dragunov Stock Milled Receiver should work with the PSL54. However, fitment cannot be guaranteed.

No, this stock fits slant back receivers with single top tang. You would need the one that I have linked.
