A 2 stage trigger : does that shoot twice with 1 pull ?

The CMC Triggers AR Match Grade 2-Stage Trigger Group shoots once with one pull of the trigger. A 2 Stage trigger has two phases of the trigger pull. So as you start to pull the trigger you will feel the trigger move then hit a wall with a little more resistance. This wall is where the second stage begins, and once you continue to apply pressure to the trigger at this point the trigger will break and fire the rifle.

The CMC Triggers AR Match Grade 2-Stage Trigger is a two-stage trigger that can be purchased in either a 1lb-3lb, or 2lb-4lb configuration.

Yes these triggers fit lower receivers with mil-spec (small pin) trigger pin holes.
