Yes. The CMMG, Inc Charging Handle Assembly is compatible with your 300 Blackout MK4 Banshee pistol. It will fit all AR15 upper receivers that utilize a standard AR15 5.56/.223 BCG.

No, the charging handles from AR-15 to AR-10/.308 are not interchangeable.

It should fit. I tried a BCM Mod 3 in my Banshee and it fits and functions just fine. This is from CMMG's fax page. "The Mk4 is our line of receivers based off the traditional Mil-Spec AR 15 receiver. They are forged from 7075 T6 aluminum, and work with standard AR style magazines."
