Is this conversion kit the older ARC version or the newer Evolution version?

All conversion kits from CMMG are ARC kits. This particular model is Bravo style, which differs from the Echo style.

The CMMG, Inc 22LR AR Conversion Kit, Bravo, Left Hand is for left handed upper receivers.

This particular model of the CMMG, Inc 22LR AR Conversion Kit, Bravo, is for left handed AR15 receivers. If your DPMS Oracle is left handed then this conversion kit will work. You can find the right hand model listed at the link below.

Will this conversion kit work on a Model STAG-15 Cal 5.56 mm?

The CMMG, Inc 22LR AR Conversion Kit will work if you have the left handed version. It will not work with any right hand AR15 style rifles/pistols.

Yes, the standard AR ejects on the right side. This is set up for left hand ejection. You will need the appropriate upper receiver.

It states left hand. Does that mean eject from left side? Pics show different. I haven't seen this left handed before

The kit is designed for left hand eject. As the picture shows, the cutout on the side of the BCG to open the dust cover is on the left side.
