No, these only work with the CMMG MkG Lowers due to the ejector being built into the bolt face.

Will this CMMG .45ACP Barrel & BCG function w/a standard mil-spec upper with an enlarged ejection port, or must it be the CMMG one? Suggestions?

The CMMG, Inc .45ACP Barrel and Bolt Carrier Group Kit is designed to work with Mil-Spec uppers and the CMMG MKG Lowers. So it will work in your Mil-Spec upper receiver.

What barrel nut do you use, and what is the size/pitch for a muzzle device?

The CMMG, Inc .45ACP Barrel and Bolt Carrier Group Kit will work with a Mil-Spec upper receiver and barrel nut. The muzzle is threaded for .578x28.

I have an Aloha Wolf .45 PCC and can’t find parts since they quit making them. Will this bolt work in it?

The CMMG, Inc .45ACP Barrel and Bolt Carrier Group Kit might work in a LWD Alpha Wolf PCC in 45ACP. However, these BCG's and Barrels were designed for the CMMG MKG. CCMG states the following, "Our MkG Barrel and Bolt Kits are designed to work exclusively with our MkG Lowers. Other manufacturers lowers may work, but we cannot guarantee function or reliability."
