This shows for the Gen 3 & 4 glock 19, will it also fit the Gen 3 & 4 17? Or would I have to get the Micro Roni 17? Thank you for any help.

Will this work with a Gen 5 glock17?

This will not fit on a Glock 17 Gen 5. The Gen 5 is .5 higher than the Glock 17, which prevents the unit from being compatible.

Can I use my roni with my glocks if I have put truglo tfx pro night sights on them

CAA MCK models are compatible with aftermarket sights as long as they do not exceed 0.4" in height. The MCKGEN2 on the other hand, will work with suppressor height sights.
