Will this fit a Glock 17 with Olight Baldr Pro?

Because the Comp-Tac International Outside the Waistband Holster is not compatible with the Olight Baldr Pro, it will not accommodate your Glock 17. Unfortunately, holster options for the Baldr Pro are more limited and may require you to purchase a custom fitted holster.

Will this work with a Glock 21 gen 4 with a streamlight TLR-6?

No. The Comp-Tac International Outside The Waistband Holster will not fit. The Glock 21 is a much larger Glock whilst these holsters are designed for sub compact Glocks.

What is the difference between code: CPT-HT5-IWLL-739189123636 and 739189123483? They seem the same but are priced different.

They are the same price.
739189123483- is for the glock 26 and 27.
CPT-HT5-IWLL-739189123636 is for the glock 40.
