If this device uses magnets to center in the bore, how will it work with non-ferrous barrels? ie. stainless steel.

It also comes with a set of rubber o-rings which seat tightly inside the barrel, I use it on my chrome, moly & stainless barrels with no issues

What’s the minimum barrel length this will work on?

Concept Development Corporation does not provide a minimum barrel length for their Sitelite Boresighter. It should work with most barrel lengths available, however, you can contact the manufacturer directly for confirmation.
