I would say less than ideal, trying to stack your pack on top of a bladder. My suggestion would be a chest rig with a bare back, I'll post something below, and a day pack with an integrated hydration pouch to carry fluids.

The Condor Modular Chest Set is adjustable (M-XXL) with a waist range from 38" to 55".
The Condor Modular Chest Set is not compatible with armor inserts.
It should work, but the magazine pouches are designed for M4/AR15 magazines and the difference in shape may possibly cause some fitment issues.
This would probably be less than ideal for wearing over a plate carrier just because of the predetermined setup. You would probably be better off looking for something that allow you to configure the front independently, and then using one of the separate hydration bladders/carriers.

This product does not give sizes for chest, waist, shoulders, etc., but it does say it is adjustable size from Small - XX-Large (30" - 52").
There is a pocket on the back of the vest that accommodates a hydration bladder. It is compatible with 2.5L hydration bladders.
This vest is only offered in one size.
