The Condor Gunner Plate Carrier has an adjustable cummerbund from 34" - 44". And uses medium to large 10.25" x 13.25" plates. More than likely this will fit you.

The Condor Gunner Plate Carrier has an adjustable cummerbund size from 34" - 44" to give you a better idea of its size. It also accepts medium to large plates.

Not without modifying the carrier. The cummerbund section is a single layer. You'd have to sew a pouch in or get creative.
