The Crimson Trace RAD Micro Pro Red Dot Sight will fit your VP9SK if you use an adapter plate to allow you to have the DeltaPoint Pro/ Shield RMSc footprint. The plate that is compatible with your H&K can be found using the following link:

Battery loading on bottom. So u have to remove sight to change Battery, so do u have to sight in, or does it stay sighted in?

The Crimson Trace CT-RAD Micro Pro Red Dot Sight uses the Shield RMSc footprint, meaning it is a micro-dot designed for smaller carry guns. I would recommend larger optics like the Trijicon RMR, Leupold DeltaPoint Pro, Vortex Venom etc.

The Crimson Trace CT-RAD Micro Pro Red Dot Sight uses the Shield RMSc footprint. The Hex Dragonfly uses the Vortex Venom footprint. So you will need to use the compatible OSP mounting plate from Springfield that works with the Shield RMSc footprint for the Crimson Trace CT-RAD Micro Pro Red Dot Sight.

The Crimson Trace CT-RAD Micro Pro Red Dot Sight uses the Shield RMS footprint. It can be mounted to the Springfield Armory XD OSP Slide using the corresponding Springfield OSP mounting plate.
