The 20" 10200-HYR is chrome lined. None of the stainless barrels have chrome lining.

The Parkerized Criterion Barrels AR-10 Rifle Length Gas System Barrels are chrome lined. The Stainless Steel Criterion Barrels AR-10 Rifle Length Gas System Barrels are not chrome lined.

These Criterion Barrels AR-10 Rifle Length Gas System Barrels are DPMS Gen 1 Pattern and will most likely not work in a DPMS Gen 2 pattern rifle.

The diameter for the gas block on this barrel is .875. Not .750. I bought a .750 gas block and it doesn't fit. Now what?

The manufacturer states that the Criterion Barrels AR-10 Rifle Length Gas System Barrel uses a .750" gas block. So I recommend emailing us at techsales@opticsplanet.com so we can help figure out the correct gas block you need.

The Criterion Barrels AR-10 Rifle Length Gas System Barrels vary in weight depending on caliber and length. The .308 Criterion Barrels AR-10 Rifle Length Gas System Barrels are 2.5lbs for the 16", 2.65lbs for the 18" and 2.9lbs for the 20". For the 6.5 Creedmoor Criterion Barrels AR-10 Rifle Length Gas System Barrels the weights are 2.60lbs for the 16" 2.75lbs for the 18" and 2.95lbs for the 20".

can I use regular. 308 or 762x51? or does it have to be m118lr? I'm still learning sorry if this is a dumb question.

The Criterion Barrels AR-10 barrels that are chambered in .308 can use .308 or 7.62x51, . 308 is actually a bit higher chamber pressure than 7.62x51, so the 7.62 is safe from a . 308 but not necessarily the other way around.

Correct. The Criterion AR-10 Barrels can be purchased in 6.5 Creedmoor or .308.

No. The Criterion Barrels are sold with only the barrel alone.

What size gas block is required. I know it is rifle length. but is it a .750"?

The Criterion Barrel 16", 18", and 20" barrels all use a .750 diameter gas block and the 22" barrels use a .875 diameter gas block.
