do you guys sell a headspaced bolt to go with this

Most .223 Remington, 5.56 NATO, and .223 Wylde bolts should have proper headspace. You will need to check with go/no-go gauges before firing though.

As per the manufacturer the weight of these barrels are:

The 18" weighs 2.15lbs
The 20" weighs 2.25lbs
