If you're referring to

Will this fit with Midwest industries G3M free float hand guard?

That will depend on whether or not it will fit within the internal diameter. The actual height of the gas block is 1.455" from the bottom to the very top so I would recommend measuring the overall inside height and as long as its less than 1.455" it should fit.

Yes as long as you select the correct gas block gas journal diameter for your barrel. MPN: 25-079-05006 is a .750" diameter and most likely the diameter you would need on your rifle, MPN: 25-079-04157 is a .625" diameter.
