Is the barrel cold hammer forged? What length is the gas system?

The Daniel Defense DDM4 V9 Upper Receiver Group is not available. However, the model at the link below is available and has a cold hammer forged barrel with mid-length gas system.

Does this upper assembly come with the rail cover panels and the foregrip as well as the DD BCG?

Yes, it will come with the bolt carrier group, vertical grip and the rail covers.
