Will this fit on a diamond back DB-10?

No. The DB-10 is an AR10, not a AR15 or M4 variant. This is not compatible.

Will this fit on a Aero Precision M5 .308 upper receiver?

The Daniel Defense M4A1 Rail Interface System RIS II is not compatible with an Aero Precision M5 upper. This rail is designed for AR15 pattern receivers, not DPMS pattern.

Yes, The Daniel Defense M4A1 Rail Interface System RIS II is 12.25" in length and has an internal diameter of 1.15". Ensure you use a muzzle device that has an outside diameter smaller than 1.15".

If the upper is Mil-Spec, then this would be compatible with your upper and a low profile gas block on a mid-length gas system.

You will need a low profile gas block. The inside diameter is 1.15"
