I'm building a 10.5 .300BLK pistol build with a SBA4 brace. Planing on shooting subsonic rounds. Would this buffer work & with what spring?

For sub-sonic rounds a standard carbine weight buffer is recommended.

will this work with a 7.5" 5.56/.223 AR-15 with a super safety?

I tried mine today. It didn’t work in forced reset. I believe the internal weight is too light and that the body is heavy to achieve the weight. Will be ordering a different brand now. This will go into my 7.62x39 now

Do these contain tungsten cylinder weights inside, or is the H2 weight achieved by having a heavier body made of steel?

The Dark Storm Industries DS-15 H2 Carbine Length Buffer has a 416 Stainless Steel Machined Body with 4140 steel dead blow weights on the inside.

Yes, the Dark Storm Industries DS-15 H2 Buffer will work in that set up. However, you may want to use a heavier buffer weight for that caliber.
