I'm building a 10.5 .300BLK pistol build with a SBA4 brace. Planing on shooting subsonic rounds. Would this buffer work & with what spring? Expert Answer

For sub-sonic rounds a standard carbine weight buffer is recommended.

will this work with a 7.5" 5.56/.223 AR-15 with a super safety?

I tried mine today. It didn’t work in forced reset. I believe the internal weight is too light and that the body is heavy to achieve the weight. Will be ordering a different brand now. This will go into my 7.62x39 now

I was having an issue with a lot of felt recoil in my AR-15. Once I replaced the factory buffer with this H2 buffer the felt recoil was dramatically reduced and everything ran great. It was easy was quick and easy to install.
