Yes, this front sight serves as the gas block as well and includes the gas tube roll pin.

It says clamp on but, does my barrel still need to be milled for an a2 sight post?

There's no milling/machining required to install this front sight.

Will this fit a anderson 300 blackout barrel ?

It should as long as the barrel has a .750 gas journal index.

No, it does not as those parts are optional direct from the manufacturer. This allows the end user to choose their preference of post.

does this come with a Front Sight Post, Detent and Spring? Isn't that needed, the center pin of the sight? another site is saying its not included.

No, the manufacturer does not include a front sight post assembly (Front Sight Post, Detent and Spring).

This is for standard .750" gas journal barrels, as long as your barrel has a gas journal diameter of .750" this should fit.
