Will this fit on a traditions outfitter G3 with leupold vx3 hd 3.5x10x40 with medium height? And is it able to clear the hammer?

The DNZ Products Game Reaper Scope Mount - Traditions medium height 1" diameter models should work fine with that scope and rifle.

These DNZ Products Game Reaper Scope Mounts are for 1" tubes. You will need the 30mm model which is model number 11048 and we currently do not have it available.
