You would need to be at a minimum distance of 200 yards using soft nose lead only.

Do All Outdoors states it is a 3/8" thick steel but do not specify what type of steel, please contact them directly for further assistance.

Is the Stop Light model (MPN: RR913) AR500? What is it rated for?

The Stop Light, MPN: RR913 is not AR500 steel and is only rated for .22 rimfire cartridges.

Under additional features it lists some rating information. The first and third option are specifically for .22. The model listed as "Handgun Silhouette Popper" is for pistols 9mm-.45. The models listed as "High Caliber" are for 9mm all the way up to 30-06.
