Will it fit a VSKA AK47 it looks like it has a AR flash hider on it already

The DoubleStar Carlson Nitro Flash Enhancer will fit the VSKA as it uses standard 1.4 x 1 LH TPI.

Will this brake fit a Century Arms Micro Draco?

Yes, it should as long as you can install a muzzle device to your barrel and it has a 14x1LH Metric thread pitch.
