Yes. The DoubleStar Spiral Fluted Free Float Anodized Handguard includes a barrel nut required to install this handguard. Outer diameter: 1.98", Inner diameter: 1.74".

This is a 12.585" free float handguard that will work with multiple gas system lengths when used with a low profile gas block.

No, it will not as its meant for an AR-15 and will not work with an AR-10 upper receiver.
