While it would be compatible with a standard P365XL, this recoil system was designed for the X-Macro and Spectre Comp because they use integrated compensators. Meaning using this system on your standard 365XL may not be reliable as the standard 365XL does not come compensated from the factory. The correct recoil system for a standard 365XL can be found by using the link below:

the answer above is incorrect. it's for a p365 with a 3.7" barrel. x macro with 3.7" doesn't have comp.
