While it would be compatible with a standard P365XL, this recoil system was designed for the X-Macro and Spectre Comp because they use integrated compensators. Meaning using this system on your standard 365XL may not be reliable as the standard 365XL does not come compensated from the factory. Hello Ezzy, if your Rose is the 3.1" then no, this system is not the correct one. The correct one is the SKU: 1000300. If it is the 3.7" then yes it will serve perfectly, and we recommend the use of the short plug and any of the two shorter springs. Thank you.
