can this be ran in a a5 buffer tube

This system is designed for the carbine tube. It would need a spacer for an A5 tube.

Will this work with a folding stock adapter on a magpul stock?

Yes, this kit should work with those adapters. The kit would be entirely held inside the buffer tube, so there should be no issue using the side folding adapters.

Will the AR DPM recoil assembly work in an AR-9 with the following: SB TACTICAL SBA3 ADJUSTABLE BRACE, LAW TACTICAL FOLDING STOCK, 10" barrel

The kit should work though you would need a spacer as the pcc buffers are slightly longer.

Will this operate on a Magpul UBR tube with Geissele super 42 braided buffer spring?

This kit would work with the braided spring but you will want the rifle buffer spring for that buffer tube.
