Yes, these Eberlestock X2 Backpacks are the most recent versions. They also have the suede outer material that reduces noise.
The Eberlestock X2 Backpack features 1,830 cubic inches of volume and is 22.5" H x 16" W x 6" D.
The pack itself is not waterproof. The pack is compatible with side scabbards, that are available separately, that allow for shotgun or rifle carry.
Unfortunately, Eberlestock says that the two products are NOT compatible.

Yes, there is a carrying handle near the top.
Eberlestock recommends that X Series packs go with the smaller G1RC series covers, available here: https://www.opticsplanet.com/eberlestock-g-series-featherweight-rain-cover.html
Eberlestock provided this information:
The length on the spotter should fit fine, but without knowing the rest of the dimensions it is hard to tell for sure. Is it a straight or angled eye piece?
You can give him the dimensions of the wing pocket and compare that to the dimensions on the spotter to see if it will fit.
The X2 wing pouches are 19"L x 2"W x 7.5"D.
