What is the difference in MOA for base? Thank You

MOA determines the amount of forward cant the rail has. A 20 MOA base will allow for more elevation adjustment, making it better for longer range shooting applications. A 0 MOA base is perfectly level, with no cant at all.

The Evolution Gun Works Picatinny Scope Mount, NEF/HNR Handi Rifle might work for that Shotgun but since it is not listed as a compatible model fitment cannot be guaranteed. I recommend contacting EGW to confirm compatibility.

Im not sure. Please look at this part on EGW's page, we (EGW) have the hole spacing measurements listed out. Please compare those to your gun to verify fitment.
