The Elftmann Tactical ELF AR-10/.308 Trigger will fit and function as intended in a S&W M&P 10, as it is designed to fit any Mil-spec AR10 platform rifle in .308.

You will need a small or standard pin Elftmann Tactical ELF AR-10/.308 Trigger for the Aero Precision M5.

Would this fit an aero precision M5 (308). I see one response that said large pins are for old colt ar's and another that said large for DPMS.....

Yes, the Elftmann Tactical ELF AR-10/.308 Trigger will work in an Aero Precision M5 in .308. You will not need the standard trigger pin size for that rifle.

I got this and thought it would fit the ar15. I selected the wrong one. Any reason it won’t fit properly. Holes should be the same?

You are correct, it should fit any Milspec AR. The only issue would be if you ordered the large-pin version, which will only work with certain year Colts.

No, the different model are for trigger shape and pin size.
