The Elite Survival System Tactical Belt Holsters are not designed to accommodate red dot sights. I would recommend emailing us at Techsales@opticsplanet.com and letting us know what handgun and red dot you use, that way we can more easily find a holster that will work for you.

Will this allow for a threaded barrel, is the barrel end of the holster open or closed? I am thinking of getting this for my cz p07

No this holster was not designed for pistols with threaded barrels.

How would this fit the Taurus TH9c?

The Elite Survival System Tactical Belt Holster is designed for large frame auto's with 4"-5' barrels. The TH9C has a barrel length of 3.54" and would be too small for this holster. I would recommend the Alaska Guide Creations Pistol Holster found using the following link:
