Yes, you would just have to reverse the mount. It would be the same process as the G33

Does it work with Burris ar332?

The EOTech G45 STS Mini 5x Red Dot Sight Magnifier is not compatible with the Burris AR332, due to the AR332 being a prismatic scope. Prism optics do not work with magnifiers.

Does the 5-power magnifier work with any EOTech Green dot?

How much rail space does the mount need?

The EOTech 5-Power Magnifier w/ Side Mount Switch is 3.9" long but will need about 3 picatinny rail slots to mount.

Can you run the Magpul pro LR iron sight as a back up with this magnifier

The EOTech 5-Power Magnifier w/ Side Mount Switch will not co-witness with iron sights. However, since those Magpul sights are flip down sights you can lay them flat when using the EOTech 5-Power Magnifier w/ Side Mount Switch.

Will this match the elevation of an Aimpoint Comp M4? It is the factory Aimpoint mount.

This EOTech 5-Power Magnifier w/ Side Mount Switch sits at the lower 1/3 height, while your Aimpoint is at the absolute co-witness height, you would need a riser or different mount in order to match the height.

Will the EOTeck 5-power work with the Aimpoint Patrol optic?

Yes. All magnifiers will work with any red dot or holographic sight. Magnifiers are not compatible with Prism optics. If you are looking for a 5x Magnifier, I would recommend the American Defense Manufacturing Flik5 Fixed Power 5X Magnifier, found by using the link below:

Yes. The EOTech 5-Power Magnifier w/ Side Mount Switch is compatible with any red dot on the market today including the Romeo 5, with the exception of prism optics.
