Flipped out of the way, you can have a mangifier mounted to the rifle and use NODS. But, you can't effectively look through rifle mounted magnifiers while wearing night vision goggles. In theory, you "could" see a visible light laser through a magnifier but it would not be an effective use of equipment. When I run NODS, i flip the magnifier out of the way and use either IR laser or aim passively looking through an unmagnified eotech.
This is a magnifier for optics. This magnifier won’t change how your laser functions at all.
