No, Ergo's bottom plug does not fit their overmolded grips.

What Ergo Grip can be used to replace a Ruger PC Charger grip?

The Ruger PC Charger can take any standard AR15 grip.

Does this grip include a grip screw and washer?

No, this Ergo grip will not include the grip screw or washer. Ergo assumes the user will be replacing the grip on an AR that already includes the screw and washer.
