Picture is from the front of the sight and not the rear. Refer to profile pic. It is correct. It will offset to the right when behind the sights.

Do you have to manually flip each sight up or does it have a button to pop them up?

The FAB Defense Front and Rear Set of Offset Flip-Up Sights are not spring loaded. You have to manually flip them up and down.

How well do the colors match Magpul? (OD green)

While the FAB Defense Front And Rear Set of Offset Flip-Up Sights will not match perfectly. They are very similar to the Magpul OD Green.
