The FAB Defense AR-15 / M4 / M16 Quick Release Front Gun Grip Magazine Adapter should be able to work fine with conversion kit magazines. Although FAB Defense does not specifically say whether or not it will work, my best guess would be that it should as long as the magazine retains the standard AR15/GI Mag look and design.
