The FAB Defense AR-15 / M4 / M16 Quick Release Front Gun Grip Magazine Adapter will not work with that magazine.

Will this item accept FN5.7 20 round mag as well?

The FAB Defense AR-15 / M4 / M16 Quick Release Front Gun Grip Magazine Adapter should be able to work fine with conversion kit magazines. Although FAB Defense does not specifically say whether or not it will work, my best guess would be that it should as long as the magazine retains the standard AR15/GI Mag look and design.

Will this hold 5 round mags, 10 round mags, or ect for 5.56?

This should be compatible with any magazine that fits AR-15 rifles. That could be a 5rd, 10rd, 30rd, or maybe even a 60rd drum.

No, the M&P15-22 mags do not lock in the same as the standard .556 mags.
