The FAB Defense VANGUARD VZ M-LOK Compatible SA-VZ.58 Handguard is 7.16" in length, 2.76" in height, and 1.77" in width. It is designed to fit the SA VZ 58.

The FAB Defense VANGUARD VZ M-LOK Compatible SA-VZ.58 Handguard is meant to fit the CZ VZ58 Rifle. I recommend using the FAB Defense AK-47 Vanguard M-LOK Handguard at the link below for a VSAK 47.
