do I need to change anything on the BCG to make it work with a 6.5 creedmoor or is it ready to put in upper and fire? — 2 Answers

You do not need to change anything. This bolt carrier group should drop into a 6.5 Creedmoor upper and function.

this is not a high pressure BCG. The 6.5 is too high pressure for this BCG. It blew my firing pin up and locked the assembly into the star receiver. This is from a gunsmith, just fyi.
