These are just barrels and you would need to verify that they are legal for you to own in your town/city. I would recommend checking your local laws and regulations regarding these parts.

I sent out an email to Faxon and the support said the heavy fluted barrels are not marked as "Heavy" or "HBAR". And recommend checking with local law enforcement for clarification on these barrels.

It should be completely acceptable in Maryland as there's no real standard to what an HBAR barrel is in the law, and only requires the barrel be stamped OR marketed as "HBAR or heavy."
